Requirements

1. Requirements for the Scientist
   1. Retrieve data from Data Mangement System in any common format
   2. Upload data to be added to the public database
   3. Specify data from the Data Mangement System to be added to the public database
   4. Specify data from Data Mangement System to be analyzed
   5. Upload data to be analyzed
   6. Specify Analysis routine(s) to be run on data
   7. Determine order of Analysis routines to be run on data in a Workflow
   8. Save and retrieve Workflows
   9. Access all features online anywhere, online at office and some/most features offline at office
   10. Reporting of results: visualization of analysis output/outcomes e.g. graphs, figures for presentations, papers etc.
2. Requirements for the Developer
   1. Access to common data structures
   2. Access to common functions on data structures
   3. Access to complex analysis routines
   4. Access to Grid Services of these analysis routines
   5. Access to test data from Data Mangement System
3. Requirements for the Public
   1. Access to Information about the system, how to use, register, etc.
   2. Access to Public database
   3. Upload data to be entered into Public Database (kdrew: this might need registration, see Public Database Use Case Documentation)
   4. Upload data to be analyzed
   5. Specify Analysis routine(s) to be run on data
4. Requirements for the MS Technician
   1. Input data into Data Mangement System (high throughput and manual process)
   2. Manipulate Data Mangement System
   3. Input data into Public Database
