IBG Gene Designer

The application can be run via Java Web Start by clicking here. The GeneDesigner is the second tab of the application.

IBG 18O Quantifier

This software is designed to help analyze selective 18O trypsin labeling (see help page), a technique to introduce a mass difference into a protein prior to analysis by Mass Spectrometry. The tool is on-line at http://z-appserver.cti.depaul.edu:8080/IBGO18/O18quant.jsp.

This tool is still under development (Abstract, Poster) and will be submitted for peer-reviewed publication shortly. Please direct all inquiries to IBG-MassSpec@mailman.depaul.edu.
