Install and configure a freely available job scheduler on z-cluster and Illinois bio-grid
computers for automated job distribution based on available computing resources and capacity.
Provide a scheduling interface that can be used by Globus as well as portal containers
for online job submission via the web. (e.g. Field museum researchers executing Mr.Bayes, PAUP, etc.)
