Configuration

• master host - z-cluster-03
• shadow master host - z-cluster-02
• job submit host - z-cluster-01, z-cluster-02
• administrative host - z-cluster-03
• execution hosts - z-cluster-04 through z-cluster-20
• SGE Root directory - /usr/local/sge
• sge_qmaster port number - ?
• sge_execd port number
• spooling mechanism - BerkleyDB
• Berkeley DB server host - z-cluster-03 (Master)
• Berkeley DB spooling directory on the database server - /var/spool/sge
• scheduler tuning profile - Normal
• installation method - interactive
• admin account - sgeadmin

ToDos

• Create sgeadmin account - check with Dave or Sila
• Copy installation directory across cluster or update autofs map with exported NFS directory - need to figure out an automated way to do this across the cluster (root can't ssh login) - ask Dave or Dominic.
• setup software and document job submission process
