Timeline
Milestones
kdrew: I've updated some of the dates to reflect the actual start date
1. Design and prototype replicate analysis, averaging of modes, should be close to full functionality (March 10)(updated: March 20)
2. Design and prototype user interface with low throughput single run style and simple output functionality, get feedback. This should be usable by researchers even if limited by throughput and full functionality (March 20)(updated: March 30)
3. add ability of multiplexing and ability of defining Pa and Pb m/z values (March 30)(updated: April 10)
4. Determine best design for high throughput runs using kah, kah as a web service comes to mind using it as a remote file system. Add wrapper around kahWS for use in basic user interface. If kah is abandoned, created prototype database to stand in its place (~April 20-May 1st)
5. Design functionality to compare multiple samples, determine storage of results (database?), design and prototype basic calibration curve. (May 15th)
6. Refinements, bug fixes and feature additions will be ongoing.
7. Determine stability of features and move from prototype to beta (May 30th)
